(Junior) Technical Account Manager / Application Manager

At our locations in England, Germany and Switzerland, around 40 IT engineers, business IT specialists and economists work on innovative solutions.

Close to the technology as a direct contact for our customers and partners

To strengthen our Technical Account Management (TAM) team, we are looking for a person who is willing to contribute and develop technical expertise and who also enjoys direct customer contact. Our team forms the interface between our development department and our customers and partners. If you are also interested in working on projects, we look forward to receiving your application.

Your tasks

Application management

  • Contact person for application questions about MAX for our customers and partners

  • Independent processing of customer enquiries regarding transaction data in our systems

  • Support with changes and general enquiries

Project management & technical implementation

  • Support in rolling out MAX in projects

  • Assisting with technical implementation and preparing installations

  • Support with technical and acceptance tests

  • Collaboration in the parameterisation of our applications and interfaces to banking systems and brokers

  • Preparation and transfer of knowledge from projects within the company

Product management

  • Acceptance of change requests from our customers

  • Contributing ideas for the further development of our products

What you bring with you

What you bring with you

  • Training in computer science or a comparable qualification through professional experience

  • Affinity for technology and IT applications

  • You have a quick grasp of things, work in a structured and customer-orientated manner

  • You are characterised by curiosity, flexibility and an independent way of working

  • You have a good command of written and spoken German and English

  • You are used to working from home

  • If you have basic knowledge in the following areas, this is an advantage:

    • Microsoft SQL Server, or SQL Server Management Studio

    • FIX message protocol

    • Jira / Confluence
