(Junior) Quality Manager (m/w/d)

At our locations in England, Germany and Switzerland, around 40 IT engineers, business IT specialists and economists work on innovative solutions.

To further strengthen our team and ensure the quality of our products, we are looking for a person who can help our customers understand our solutions even better through precise documentation. You will be responsible for the following areas:

Your tasks

  • Ensuring the quality of our products
    • Carrying out test procedures
  • Further development of software testing
    • Expansion of standardised test procedures
  • Further development of the automated test procedure (BOT)
    • Optimisation of user-friendliness
    • Increasing automation
    • Analysing test results
  • Creation and updating of:
    • Help functions in the software GUIs
    • Implementation and control of technical guidelines
    • Support with product descriptions
    • Software release notes
  • Processing customer enquiries
    • Communicating with customers to clarify enquiries and support them with their concerns

What you bring with you

  • Successfully completed training as a technical business administrator with further training in IT
  • Affinity for technology and IT applications
  • You have a quick grasp of things, work in a structured and customer-orientated manner
  • You are characterised by curiosity, flexibility and an independent way of working
  • You are used to working from home
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
  • If you have basic knowledge in the following areas, this would be an advantage:
    • Securities trading
    • FIX message protocol
