Dear clients, partners and friends,

I would like to inform you that Tomas Fort, member of the management team and Head of Sales & Account Management, has decided to leave MACD this summer.

I am very sorry that Tomas has decided to take this step. He has always shown full commitment and has shaped and developed the company in many areas.

Tomas will hand over his responsibilities to Gianmarco Lo Nigro, Sales & Account Management by the end of July 2022. I will also take over tasks and assume his position on an interim basis. Of course, we will strengthen the Sales & Account Management team as soon as possible to ensure the usual support.

Tomas Fort:'I had my first working day at MACD over twelve years ago. I am very proud of what we have achieved together with our clients & partners since then: constant expansion of digital services, onboarding of new clients and the successful implementation of many individual banking projects - from very small to very large. I am particularly pleased that we have managed to establish not only a large technical but also human network in Switzerland.

It is not easy for me to take this step, because my time at MACD has not only helped me professionally, but also personally, and has left a positive mark on me. After twelve years, however, it is now time for me to take a different path. I will initially take some time off starting in the summer - for how long and with what outcome is still open. I look forward to seeing many of you again in person at the MACD Conference on 9 June 2022 in Zurich.

I would like to thank each and every one of our clients and partners and the entire MACD team for the eventful and wonderful time. I will still be on friendly terms with some of you. I especially thank George for his empathy, trust and friendship.'

I would also like to thank Tomas for his dedication, loyalty and tireless commitment to our customers and MACD. I wish Tomas all the best for the future. We will personally stay in close contact as friends.
