Together in a team we develop, implement and host sophisticated financial IT solutions whilst maintaining constant communication with our customers. Our goal is to deliver in the best quality and perfect execution. Taking responsibility is not a foreign word for us, but is lived daily, because our trading systems have 360,000 financial instruments in the database and allow customers access to 180 exchanges worldwide.
When implementing projects, we rely on small teams which have a great deal of freedom and which can decide for themselves how to achieve their goals. If you are additionally involved in a role, you can specifically promote innovative ideas and topics (Scrum Master, Architect, Test Manager, etc.). Thus MACD'ler have a lot of leeway in the implementation of projects and can actively take responsibility.
The MACD culture is characterised by a familiar, trusting atmosphere, short distances and open doors. We meet at eye level. The individually interaction of family, free time and working hours is important to us - short core working hours, part-time work and parental leave (also for the fathers) is quite normal.
An open exchange and team-wide discussions are absolutely welcome. Existing processes are regularly reviewed and adapted. We like to celebrate successes as well as summer parties, birthdays and anniversaries.
Our offices in Aachen are located in an old Wilhelminian Building in the beautiful Frankenberger quarter of Aachen (Oppenhoffallee 103). Here about 25 employees work together. The office in Urdorf, Switzerland with 10 employees is located only 10 km from Zurich. The new building is quiet and conveniently located.
